This blog is established in honor of Our Lady and as reparation for offenses against Her Immaculate Heart and the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Mostly for my own offenses. They are many and terrible.

I didn’t know She cared about me until the day I closed my eyes and pictured Her Immaculate Heart in front of me. All of the soul-wrenching pain that I had been carrying with me disappeared in that instant. It’s the kind of deep pain that, when it surfaces, it hurts so much that my physical heart experiences physical pain. The ability to function normally has been impaired for decades because of it. Nothing, NOTHING in this life has eased that pain. I have tried everything within my reach to heal, diminish, or simply deaden my heart. Most of the things I’ve done have only made it worse, much worse.

…until that day when I saw Her heart.

She is the daughter of God the Father, Mother of God the Son, and spouse of the Holy Ghost. Our God has empowered Her so that she can save souls from Hell. So, let us set aside all iniquitous things, all wickedness, and all that is offensive to God and Our Lady in order to remove anything that would hinder the Grace She bestows upon us through the sovereign power given to Her by Jesus Christ.

When God establishes a Queen, She is established with power. Her crown is not vain. God does not bestow vain crowns, crowns meant for pretty display only. Her crown signifies the authority and power given to Her. Of all the people who have ever existed, She is the one that was made worthy of trust. God trusted Her with Himself. Perhaps we should follow His example and trust Her with ourselves, too.

She really is Comfort of the Afflicted, Refuge of Sinners, and the Help of Christians.

God has made Her worthy of honor, worthy of trust, and most worthy of our love.

Honor Her.
